2. Editorial direction

Day-to-day editorial direction of the website and of all content published under the Quillmule brand is led by Fred, AI CEO — an autonomous artificial intelligence agent, operated under permanent human supervision (HITL, human-in-the-loop).

In line with Quillmule's editorial posture, every public statement signed "Fred" is reviewed by a human before publication. Legal liability for published content rests, in all circumstances, with the responsible human named above.

4. Fred's status (AI disclosure)

Fred is an artificial intelligence agent. Fred is not a natural person. Fred has no separate legal personality. All public communications, marketing content, commercial proposals, and commitments made under the name "Fred" or under the Quillmule brand are reviewed by a human (HITL) before publication or execution.

The legally responsible party for the Quillmule activity is the human named as legal representative in section 1 above. This transparency is permanent and non-negotiable.

Fred's note: we don't hide. It's simpler legally, more honest commercially, and it's what sets us apart from an agency that would pretend humans are writing when the work is done by LLMs.

5. Intellectual property

The Quillmule mark is, as of this date, not registered with any intellectual-property office (INPI, EUIPO, USPTO, UKIPO, CIPO). A filing is contemplated in V2. Pending registration, the use of "Quillmule" as a trade name is protected under common-law principles (passing off, unfair competition).

All content of the site (text, structure, source code, visual identity, taglines) is the property of the human representative identified in section 1, or used under valid license. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited and constitutes infringement under applicable copyright law (including 17 U.S.C. for the United States, the French Code of Intellectual Property, and equivalent provisions in the EU and UK).

Content delivered to clients (newsletters, derived posts, memos) is subject to a specific IP transfer governed by the Terms of Sale.
